Frequently asked questions
Can the agent give a price on the phone?
Only the listed price of a listing you have approved. Valuations, negotiations and unpublished fees always go through you.
How are valuations made?
From actual sales published by the French state (DVF) around the property, with your adjustments. The valuation is sent after your approval.
What about prospecting?
Only to contacts who have agreed to it, with the STOP option and your approval on each campaign. No scraping of property portals.
Can I import my current mandates?
Yes: an export from your software, photos or PDFs. Your team prepares the import and has you approve it in one go.
